- Purpose of the Application
The Investor Plus App is designed exclusively for POICL customers holding:
- Certificate of Investment (COI)
- Investment Portfolio Services (IPS)
The App allows customers to:
- View investment details
- Access portfolio information
- Request rollover
- Submit encashment requests
- Request account opening
- Receive updates and notifications
- Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to register, authenticate, and serve customers.
- Personal Information
- Full Name
- CNIC / National Identity Number
- Registered Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Customer ID / Account Number
- Login Credentials
- Authentication Information
- One-Time Password (OTP) sent via:
- App Usage Information
- Basic log information for security and audit purposes
- Device token for push notifications
- Information We Do NOT Collect
The App does
not access or collect:
- Contacts
- Photos (except User-provided images only)
- Camera data (except if used by the user to upload payment proof)
- Microphone data
- Location data
- SMS content
- Call logs
- Device storage files
- Any unrelated mobile device information
The App only requires internet access to securely connect to POICL servers.
- How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly for:
- User registration and identity verification
- Secure login authentication
- OTP verification via SMS and email
- Displaying COI and IPS portfolio details
- Processing rollover and encashment requests
- Sending service-related push notifications
- Regulatory compliance and audit requirements
- Customer support
We do
not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Push Notifications
The App uses push notifications to:
- Send transaction confirmations
- Provide investment updates
- Share important service announcements
Users may disable push notifications from their device settings; however, important service-related alerts may still be communicated via SMS or email.

As a financial institution regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan, we implement strong security measures, including:
- Secure encrypted communication (HTTPS/SSL)
- Secure OTP-based authentication
